As promised Lidl presented us with seven bundles of joy. She waited till 8:30 to make sure that we enjoyed our dinner and time with the family. She settled down to business and quickly delivered 7 pups in two hours, 3 girls and 4 boys. Not only did give us the correct sex but also was kind enough to give us one male and female who are both black. The other pups are grey colored merles with nice patterns. Everyone is excited about the birth and eagerly await weekly updates.    Lidl is a 28 lb. border collie dam; a sharp, strong-eyed, biddable, gritty girl with a solid work-ethic. She is also dam of the world-class disc dog, Byndee. Rocket (20 lb. Hungarian mudi sire) is currently shown/worked in lure coursing, flyball, herding, ratting, scent work and is a certified therapy dog who holds the fastest scores for Fast Cat for the mudi . Both parents are clear on full Embark health panel. Lidl is CEA clear. Rockets hips are prelim good, elbow clear at 17 months. |
